Great little place to stay in the heart of Miraflores. Lots of character in this hotel with many patios where one can have some down time. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

The room felt/smelled a bit humid. The door in the room next door had to be slammed for it to close, do we heard that early in the mornings. Upside cheap and very well located

Stayed here for two nights on two occasions, arriving in Peru, and leaving. The hotel was super helpful booking our pickup at the airport. Wonderful breakfast, great location. Walkable for restaurants, parks, shopping. Great space in hotel common areas. Excellent staff.

Great Spot in Miraflores
We stayed in Suite S-1. Lots of space, nice extra area fur entertaining. Came with mini-fridge & utensils, including corkscrew. The staff was incredibly attentive & accommodating, always willing to assist. Excellent communication via WhstsAp. The breakfast was basic but adequate. I stayed here 18 years ago, & I wound stay again.

Wonderful hotel with a great vibe (love the plants!) and very helpful staff. We returned to the hotel when we came back to Lima later in our trip. Given the design of the hotel, some rooms are a little noisier but ear plugs do the trick!

Pleasant but not great.
Mixed experience. Everyone is very kind. It is close to everything you may need in the city and not a bad walk to the shore. Breakfast was simple - eggs, bread, coffee, sliced tomato and some old apples and clementines...with so much beautiful tropical fruit around that’s unfortunate. My room was large, bed was comfortable, there was a smell of mildew and urine from the bathroom, no screens on the windows or AC so windows open and mosquitos. All in all if you are not picky and need a safe place for the night go for it or spend $20 more a night for something a bit better.

Nice and helpful staff, good location in Miraflores district, good breakfast, easy to obtain transportation to other parts of the city. We thought it might help to have a bit more space to put things, and an extra wastebasket, for instance. A restful stay in Lima, though.

A beautiful oasis in the city. The property is filled with beautiful plants on all of the lovely balconies. Makes for a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or read a book. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

The location is great - easily walk to the ocean, Kennedy Park and to places in both Miraflores and Barranco. It is very quiet - and was a great place to read a book and relax after a busy day as lots of outside space with flowers etc.

We loved how close it was the the Kennedy Square - it’s location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants & shops. It was relatively inexpensive for the area. The colonial vibe, courtyard, and lovely breakfast made this place so wonderful we stayed again on our way out of Peru

Great hostel
Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean room, close to supermarket, close to metropolitan busses and to the sea and shopping mall. The entire hostel is very nice and packed with flowers. Nice new TV in room with good beds. I would stay here again.

The bathroom of the suite was redone and very nice, clean, with great water pressure and hot water. That being said, the rest of the room was tired and dated. It was reasonably clean, but smelled a little of mildew in the room. Courtyard is lovely with flowers and space. Overall location is nice.... walk to some great places.

The hostel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The gardens were also very nice around the hostel and the seating areas around the terraces are pretty. The hostel is a bit older so some of the rooms maybe a bit dated but it's clean. I would just say that the beds are a bit soft but for the value and location it's worth the stay.

Very helpful staff
The staff were awesome as they helped locate our lost luggage. Cruz del Sur lost our luggage it went to Arequipa instead of Lima. The staff keep phoning them and we finally got our luggage 2 days later. The place is so well located in Miraflores and has lots of nice places to rest. The only downside was the shower it was mostly cold.

Excellent location because you are close to many attractions and it is safe, however you are not along the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are a bit worn out. Good Wifi and hot water for bathing.

Under rated.
Here is why I loved the place: - Classic old spanish feel surrounded by tall buildings. - Price. Can't be cheaper than this in Lima. - Perfect location in Miraflores. 12 mins walk to the seaside mall lancomar, next to Kennedy park, next to super markets, next to many great restaurants. - safety. Huge gates which are closed all the times. Takes a few seconds to open after you rung the bell. - breakfast. Minimalistic. Coffee, bread, fresh fruit and fresh juice included. - rooms. Has everything except an electric kettle. This can help to make your own tea or coffee if one has to go for early morning tours.
