The main living space flows into a second, cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect spot to unwind. For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is available. The home features four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:



Main Bedroom: A private sanctuary with a queen bed, modern ensuite, built-in robes, and a cot for our littlest guests.

Bedroom 2: A comfortable double bed and built-in robes.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable double bed and built-in robes.

Bedroom 4: A single bed with a trundle, ideal for children.



A full laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the double garage and a driveway with space for three cars—perfect for parking or storing bikes. Entry is seamless via a lockbox, with the code sent 24 hours before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Your private stairs lead you directly to the water and the popular local café at Mosquito Bay. You are perfectly positioned between the pristine sands of Lilli Pilli Beach and the patrolled shores of Malua Bay Beach, offering the best of the coast right at your doorstep.

Everything you need for a memorable stay is just a short distance away. The local supermarket, a variety of restaurants, Club Malua, and a newly built park are all conveniently close by.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets are allowed, making it a true family holiday.

While we provide all bed and bath linen, please bring your own beach towels.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you settled in, including coffee, tea, cooking oil, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry items. For your comfort, you may wish to bring any personal favourites or additional items you need for your stay.
