"The property itself was very nice. We have stayed at this facility for many years. However, this time we ran across a concern as we were locked out of the indoor pool. We went outside on the patio to get some sun and were unable to get back in as the key swipe machine was gone. There were just wires hanging on the wall.My husband had to walk outside the entire facility and through rocks to get back in. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they said the assistant manager already knew about this! If they already knew about it, why did they not post a sign that you could not get back in? They did not offer anything to accommodate our inconvenience or risk of safety. I’m just glad my husband did not get hurt walking through the rocks."
