"The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times and asked for pillows around 9pm, still had not received any by 2am. Called again and could not receive any during the night due to only one person on staff. Fortunately received complimentary breakfast. However, we still did not receive pillows the next day until we went downstairs to inquire. We then received new pillows, but there were no pillow cases on them. The staff assured us there were, but the original pillows we had were covered in an inner and outer pillowcase. The new pillows only had the inner pillowcase, and were crumpled up. "
