"House is located just outside Roy Lake state park with a nice view of the north boat ramp and swim beach. Location puts you within short drive to over 15 lakes with good to excellent fishing.House amenities allowed us to prepare meals, take care of laundry, park and service our boat, and relax. A state fish cleaning station is with 1/4 mile to make that processes easier as well. The location of this house would be ideal for the fishing and hunting seasons. "This was a must welcome accomodation for our visit to rural ND. As a family with young children we like to cook our own meals and the very few hotels in this area of North Dakota do not meet our needs. We were very excited to find this option for our recent travels and will definitely book again in the future. We only had two tiny recommendations. The first is adding some kind of window treatment to the front door for privacy and blocking the sunlight. The second is more chairs for the table....
