« Room was dirty … don’t really notice the extent til we were ready for bed and plugging in chargers etc and see pic … shame on management not seeing this an not double checking staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late »

« The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. »
