In the district of Chevalley, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to 30 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 1 km, thermal baths 300 m. Ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, cable TV, hi-fi system, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with sloping ceilings with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony 15 m2, south-east facing position, 2 small balconies, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 10 (1 car) at 30 m.
