The 1930's brick building is stylishly renovated and historically preserved. This one-bedroom apartment has a separate living room and a bedroom with king-sized bed and fluffy linens. The carefully restored Art Deco bathroom has hotel-quality towels. The freshly remodeled kitchen invites you to sip coffee. Blackout curtains and sound-insulated doors will help you sleep peacefully. This historic, centrally located gem is in the heart of the quaint and desirable South Frankfort. We are a few blocks in either direction from the State Capitol and downtown Frankfort. For those who prefer to drive, you can easily access downtown Frankfort or the Capitol by car. We are 1.7 miles/\~7 minute drive away from the Buffalo Trace distillery. We are centrally located, allowing quick access to two major interstates: I-64 and I-75\. Or you can drive through the rolling hills of horse country on roads like Old Frankfort Pike. We also have a city bus system and many bourbon trail companies that offer tours. No smoking, no vaping and no illegal drugs are allowed in this building.
