Concern about safety. Some scary looking guy jumped out of the bushes approached my sister in law about money . When my brother in law came out, he took off running through the bushes.

This is an older property. Pillows were old and not comfortable. When I asked housekeeping did replace two pillows for us that were so much better . Somewhat outdated.

Older hotel but clean and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and location is good. Near a lot of stuff and downtown.

Beds and pillows not comfortable, no exhaust fan in bathroom. I had to request towels - rooms serviced every OTHER day. Not great if staying a weekend

Essy checkin. When I called directly to the hotel (Lexington KY at Hamburg) to say i was going to be late, Emmy answered the phone She was friendly, pleasant, & courteous over the phone while giving me directions to the hotel. When i arrived, j was greeted with a warm smile. Staff like Emmy will assure a return stay for me when in Lexington.

Property was old and out of date. The mattress was bouncy with sagging in the middle. The pillows were tiny. The lightbulb on the desk light had burned out. The from desk attendant promptly brought me a replacement, which was the bright side of the visit. My room was an accessible room but the shower put water all over the rest of the bathroom floor. My daughter’s room had no hot water, morning or evening. In my room, the water was so hot it was basically scalding unless turned down a lot. Inadequate space in the dining area for breakfast goers.

It’s decent during the day but during the night things start to look sketchy. Have homeless people hanging out near the doors. And have a hustler Hollywood store right across the street which noticed alot of people coming in and out of the store that stayed in the hotel but rooms were decently clean and service was good as well.
