"Spacious home, with lots of little sitting areas for everyone to have quiet time on their own. We enjoyed being walking distance from the Root River Trail. Short drive to Lanesboro where there was plenty to do.We were lucky to be in Lanesboro for the Rhubarb Festival, which was enjoyed by all. We also went to the The Mane Theatre for an excellent satire, "The Outsider". Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home."

"We enjoyed the areas attractions and atmosphere. Biking, hiking and fishing are all nearby. The Elmaro winery is 10-15 minutes away and was a pleasant experience with great views of the vineyard. The lock and dam can be seen from the house and it provided occasional entertainment as the tugs pushed barges through the chamber."

"We stayed in the Bear cabin which was very clean upon arrival and welcoming. The patio has a table and chairs outside which was very helpful as we forgot our camping chairs! Every interaction with the owners was very friendly and helpful. Grills look nice but could use a little TLC. Making sure they have a full tank and that they are working. "beautiful house meet all of our needs for room. we had a little problem with ants in the guest bedroom. the biggest issue is the train that goes by all day and night about 100 yards from your window. the cherry was when they went from the north to the south, because there was 2 tracks on our side of the road, they blew their horn about 25,000 times. then the train on the other side of the river doing the same thing, it was dueling train horns."

"The cabin was actually nicer than the pictures gave them credit for. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The bathrooms were much nicer than expected. Both the cabin and the bathrooms were very clean. The grounds around the cabin really needed a good mowing. It would have been helpful if firepit tools for moving hot logs or cleaning out old charred pieces of wood were provided. Not something we have to bring with us. "

"This is our third stay at Money Creek Ranch and we will be back! Amy is THE BEST attentive host that thinks of all the details to make our stay pleasant. We all have our favorite spot here- a young one on the swing, a family member in the hammock, someone reading on the deck, and me around the fire pit star gazing between the bluffs. "We had a quick and comfortable stay in The Hen House. We aren't crafters but it would be a great set up for a crafting group get away. The beds were comfortable, the house super clean, the kitchen big and stocked with equipment, and communication with the owner could not have been better. There is a cute firepit out back that we didn't have a chance to use due to rain but the setting is among lovely farm land. We would stay again."

"We had a very nice long weekend here with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the land was great for exploring! The kids enjoyed the endless pool. The showers had great pressure and the whirlpool was enjoyed by most - by it was a tub, not a hot tub. The kitchen, while manageable, could use some additions including spatulas, scrappers, cookie sheets - some items one might consider a staple.
