"When I checked in the evening around 9:00PM the front staff was watching a movie in lobby. While I was completing the paperwork the movie had a s** scene and the gentleman continued to watch it. Two young girls came into the lobby and the staff did not turn off the movie. I quickly steered my 3 young kids through the lobby to the room. It was very unprofessional for the staff. My kids looked forward to breakfast and the breakfast offered was just a few items in a brown bag. "

"View was beautiful, my room had its own door to grass area accommodating my dogs that travel with us which was really convenient and special, breakfast was great, not the nicest accommodations but budget friendly and spectacular views and our own door made it worth it."

"First room I was given the deadbolt didn’t work. Slow draining sink and tub and toilet handle had to be held down to completely flush. Doors did not seem to fit correctly as there were spaces between the door and frame. Staff was nice. "

"We checked in late in the evening and quickly noticed cleanliness issues. There was a paper towel with dried pee in the living room, left over food in the fridge, a soda bottle with what appeared to be pee on a table in the backyard. The bed sheets did not appear to have been washed as they were covered in hair. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, with the handle falling off at first touch. We immediately contacted VRBO support to relay our concerns and were told to call the host. We called the host, relayed all the issues and were advised we would be issued a refund. We immediately left and checked into a hotel. The host then stopped responding to all communciations. I contacted VRBO support several times for a follow up and was told the host denied the refund request. DO NOT BOOK THIS VRBO. "
