Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else.
