"The room was disgusting, clearly hadn't been cleaned with hair and stains everywhere. The towels were stained and had crusty material on them (clearly weren't washed). I booked a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The WIFI wouldn't stay connected and the internet wouldn't connect so I could stream TV shows. 0/10 do not recommend staying here. The services is awful and the rooms are even worse."

"It was okay. Advertising,That you have a sauna and steam room to use is great way to trick people booking. But when you get there it’s only for paying treatments or day pass for 60 a person. So booking this for a birthday present for my daughter thinking she could have some nice amenities was a very big disappointed. Also considering the price I payed to stay there. I come to Boston often. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Reasonable room for the cost. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing. Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available."

"Quiet hours are nice for those traveling for work, good breakfast. I got postponed and was anticipating arriving after midnight to check in. I messaged them through Expedia and they had a quick and friendly response. (Late check in was no problem) Gentlemen at the counter that night was very nice. Rooms show some wear, but beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. "
