4 Bed Townhome in Lewes/Rehoboth with Community Pool

Large 4 bedroom townhome in the neighborhood of Eagle Point in Lewes, De. Right off of Route 1 with quick access to both the Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. Close to restaurants, attractions and outlet shopping.

The townhome is fully furnished with all the amenities needed to enjoy your vacation, including bath and bed linens. The kitchen is accessorized nicely for cooking and eating in. The dining room is furnished with a large table to enjoy family style meals. There are two separate living and lounging areas for watching TV (55"), playing games or just relaxing. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath on the first floor. Three additional bedrooms on the second floor with queen bed, double bed, and 2 bunk beds. Enjoy a cup of coffee while rocking on the front porch, or relax at the end of the day while feeling the local breezes in the rear screened-in porch.

The neighborhood has its own private community pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Perfect House

We stay often in Lewes and this property was perfect. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the location was convenient to everything and very quiet. The house could not have been any cleaner and a ton of space for everyone. I highly recommend this property.

Great distance to Lewes and Rehobtoh beach. Exactly as described, with a very comfortable layout. Tons of board games and entertainment for kids. Community pool was quiet and comfortable. Saving for future stays. Host does a great job communicating with information.

Family getaway for nine

Lovely home. Upstairs double bed bedroom could use night tables, reading lamps. Someone should also check for burnt-out bulbs. We replaced 2 in the ceiling light. Replacing the double bed with a queen bed would improve the room for adult guests. Aside from that room, we love the house. Please accept our constructive criticism as a positive offering . A wedding weekend memory making home!!

I picked this house for our family and others to stay for a wedding last weekend. Due to the rain it was almost cancelled. Big Fish pulled though for us!! But this house!! Was beyond our dreams. Huge, spotless, oversized bedrooms and loft. Beautifully decorated. The owner was just a phone call away. The morning of the wedding the brides family came to join us to get ready. We used the large first floor bedroom which had so much room for us girls. The beds were comfy. The enclosed deck was a plus. We made amazing memories that weekend, and the house was a big party of it. I can't wait to book it again, and others who saw it agreed they would love to as well. You will not be sorry about this gem!!

Easter 2023

This is our second year renting this house for the Easter weekend. Our family of 4 met our and our friends (another family of 4) stayed here for an extended weekend. It has great spaces for everyone to gather or have their own privacy. House is centrally located for our needs. It's clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for four kids and ten adults. The common area upstairs was the perfect escape for the kids. I will echo that the mattress could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable and are noisy. The location was easy access to everything and parking for three cars was easy. We look forward to spending another Thanksgiving here!

Our stay was great. The property is well equipped with almost everything you need for a stay. It is very spacious and was clean. It is very conveniently located. The beds aren’t the most comfortable and do make noise when you lay on them and the carpets could use cleaning, but otherwise it is a nice place.

Weekend Trip for a Bike Race

Friends and I were in town with our kids to ride in the Bikes and Beers bike race in Lewes. The location was perfect and convenient to everything. We visited Rehoboth for some time at the beach and boardwalk and also spent some time on the beach in Lewes. The sunset over the ocean was incredible both nights! The house was just as described by the owner. Very clean and spacious! We would definitely stay here again!
