« Très belle vue sur Isola Bella et bien agréable ! Je recommande le restaurant juste en face. L'hotel est situé à 5 min à pied du funiculaire afin de visiter Taormine. L'emplacement est tidéal et la chambre est suffisante. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon, il y a de tout. »

En revanche le restaurant de l’hotel est particulièrement médiocre : au dîner à la carte poisson et poulpe surgelés, sauce et accompagnement manifestement chauffés à la va vite au micro ondes, pain rassis, ensemble pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4\*, particulièrement décevant et surprenant par rapport aux autres prestations de l’établissement. »

« Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. malheureusement il y a un énorme problème d’humidité dans les chambres. Nous avons changé trois fois car l’air y était irrespirable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, bonne literie. Très belle vue de l’hôtel sur la mer et un accès direct à la plage. Gros bémol : l’hôtel est à 20m de la voie ferrée donc beaucoup de bruit aux passages des trains. Par contre, je ne recommanderai pas l’hôtel aux couple avec enfants car pour aller en ville c est très...

« Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil Une terrasse grande avec très belle vue sur mer (malgré proximité des voisins) Les seuls bémols : le parking payant ( très chers) au quatrième étage manque de pression d eau ( dommage pour la douche) et petit déjeuner a éviter car produits servis peu diversifiés ( pas de toaster, pas de produits laitiers, pas de fruits, pas de pain frais et charcuterie premier prix). »

« Whilst the hotel is rated as a 4 star it really isnt. The room was dingy and the bathroom was really not pleasant, it was moldy in parts and lacked any kind of water pressure. We were 2 solo female travelers and we were put in what i would call quite an "unsafe" room with windows that gave directly onto a staircase. The hotel is in a good location and the restaurant is nice but it doesnt really make up for the rooms. Don't book this based on the photos that are advertised, they don't paint...

"Très déçu par l’hôtel ! Hormis la vue depuis la chambre sinon que de déceptions : fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain, façade de l’hôtel + que vétusté, climatisation sans arrêt arrêtée (obligé de demander à chaque fois à l’accueil sa mise en route),pas de transats sur la plage et certains sont cassés.
