A Queen bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room area. Walking distance to hospital, close to lake, parks and shopping. The space \~Make your self at home in this lovely basement suite, equipped with everything you may need. \~Rest well in the comfortable bed with soft linens and luxurious velvet blankets, with extra pillows and blankets if needed. \~Enjoy the private fenced backyard and propane BBQ \~Pet friendly property.
