"Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!"

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"Great location close to the town and ski lifts, excellent food and super friendly staff, had a great stay there, thank you!"

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

"Hôte très accueillant et disponible en tout moment pour la moindre question. Cuisine moderne et très bien équipée, sdb aussi, eau très chaude :-)Superbe terrasse pour prendre le soleil avec magnifique vue"

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Brilliant stay! This is the perfect apartment for a family of four. It has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic ski holiday, including a balcony overlooking the piste and true ski-in/ski-out access. You can ski directly to Bruyères 1, Sunny Express, and the lifts further down the hill, then enjoy skiing right back to the door at the end of the day.The Sherpa, ski rental shop, and several restaurants are literally on the doorstep, making everything incredibly convenient. Brigitte is...

"The apartment was clean and close to the ski area, market, a few restaurants, and ski rental place! Zorica was so kind and communicative and made our stay great! Note that there are only twin beds so plan accordingly. Had a full kitchen and dishwasher, but no WiFi- we didn’t mind that part though!"
