Ideal house for up to 4 people: inside a Mediterranean private park, not exlusive swimming pool, tennis court and parking spot close to the house. Additional private parking spot inside Lerici village Limited Traffic Zone, close to cafe, restairants and ferry to 5 Terre.
In a Ligurian-style house, completely new, on the 1st floor living room with large terrace with immense views, kitchen and toilet; at garden level two rooms and bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
The road inside the property that leads to the house is uphill , like many of the roads that climb the hills of Liguria, region also known as "Vertical Landscape", and for this famous for the sea views that take your breath away.

In the quiet of the hills above Lerici, near the beaches, strategic to visit the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lucca, Pisa and Portofino, suspended between the sea and the sun of Liguria.

Wundervolles Haus in traumhafter Lage, der Blick sensationell. Die Auffahrt ist steil und eng, aber mit der Zeit hat man es drauf. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Room with a view
Goed huis op prachtige plek bovenop de berg, uitzicht was adembenemend mooi, er gebeurde altijd wat. Verrekijker aanrader om mee te nemen. Huis is netjes, keuken prima. Woonkamer minimaal ingericht en zeker niet voor 4 personen, we hebben gelukkig altijd buiten kunnen zitten. Bed is goed, douche super! Zwembad naast het huis heerlijk. Kortom een aanrader voor 2 tot 3 personen. We hadden e-bikes mee wat nodig was om van en naar het huis te fietsen, is nogal stijl.

Prachtige ligging en degelijke accomodatie
Het huis in Lerici staat bovenop een berg met prachtig uitzicht op de baai van Lerici (8min per auto). In de huur zit ook een gratis parking in Lerici zelf. Het zwembad is gemeenschappelijk, maar iedereen was heel vriendelijk naar de kinderen en hun gespetter toe. Het huis zelf is eerder klein. De badkamer is erg klein (wel netjes). De (kinder)slaapkamer kan niet worden afgesloten. Dat is wel jammer. Over het algemeen waren we erg tevreden over het huis.

Super schöne Lage, mit fantastischem Meerblick
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem neugebautem Ferienhaus mit guter bis sehr guter Ausstattung. Lediglich eine Überdachung oder Teilüberdachung auf der Terrasse fehlte, da ein Sonnenschirm nicht ausreichend ist. Pool mit Meerblick und schön groß, aber durch die steile Lage des Grundstückes weit weg vom Haus und zu Fuß runter ca. 5 Min., aufwärts mit Gepäck 10-12 min., ansonsten mit Auto. Die rechts und links ( wird gerade ein neues Haus gebaut-Baustelle) nebenstehenden Häuser sind keine 10 Meter entfernt, also Privatsphäre nicht unbedingt gegeben, aber für Urlaub mit Freunden ideal. Innenausstattung vom Haus war super, nur das Mülltrennungssystem in Ligurien ist am Anfang etwas anstrengend. Das Haus ist neu und somit super als Ferienunterkunft. Fantastisch ist der Ausblick auf Lerici und das Meer sowie den gesamten Küstenabschnitt. Man kann sich nicht satt sehen, wirklich super schön. Im schönen Ort Lerici super viele gute Restaurants und mit dem Auto in 5-7 min erreichbar. Großer Pluspunkt der private zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz im Ort. Tennisplatz war auch genial. Vermieter Kontakt immer sehr nett und bemüht. Hat arbeiten auf der Baustelle nebenan nach Rücksprache sofort eingestellt- war klasse. Fantastisch schöne Gegend zum Urlaub machen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

House with a great view
We had a nice week at Cristinas house, which is very new, state of the art equipped, nicely designed. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and if you don't mind to hear the traffic from the main road between San Terenzo and Lerici, you will have a great time!
