Notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale et nous avons trouvé la circulation (motos et 4 roues) très bruyante. C’était le seul désagrément. « Rien à dire au niveau de l'accueil des propriétaires Rossela et Christian, les appartements sont agréables et spacieux, néanmoins le bruit incessant de la route/piste (klaxons, bus, motos, quads, etc...) ainsi que la poussière générée par le va et vient quasi permanent, sont vraiment pénibles, tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit ! Sans oublier une espèce de "boite de nuit" à proximité... Dommage, nous étions venus il y a environ 8 ans, la vie sauvage était beaucoup plus présente et le calme...

« WoW! Coup de cœur de notre voyage. Quel bel établissement, très bien entretenu, propreté impeccable. Nous avions la suite familiale et elle était vraiment bien équipée, épicerie à 2 min de marche, plusieurs restos a distance de marche, playa carillo a distance de marche (et quelle superbe plage avec ses couchers de soleils magnifiques). « I highly recommend Greg as a host and Villa Almendro as a comfortable place to stay in Santa Teresa. If you want to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants, without being smack in the center of town, you won't find a better location. I especially enjoyed laying in the hammock while being protected from the rain, which we expected during the green season. Very peaceful! Check in was super easy. »

"Super endroit. Très près de la plage de Samara et à 3 minutes en voiture de la plage de Carillo. Nous étions à 8 minutes en voitures de la ville de Samara. Plusieurs commodités à proximité. "Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
