We welcome you in a privileged natural setting, in a quiet area, just 1km from the town and all the shops. Lake Léon is 5km away, with its leisure activities (paddle, pirogue, pedal boats, minigolf, restaurants, etc.), the natural reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, its supervised swimming, its games for children, is an essential stopover for your moments of relaxation and conviviality with your family. Not forgetting that the large beaches of Moliets are only 10km away. You can easily access them thanks to the cycle path that passes in front of the house. On site, the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth of 1.40m) allows you to cool off and have fun in a green setting. An outdoor terrace is available with a wooden table, benches, sun loungers and a gas plancha You will also appreciate the architectural character of this old Landes house.
