We had a phenomenal stay at the Nayal Lodge for 5 days. The team was terrific and always helpful, whether it was catching a ride to Leon or exploring Las Peñitas. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing environment and we got exactly what we hoped for.

My cousin and I spent two enjoyable nights at Nayal Lodge. The Nayal is a beautiful oasis, conveniently located across the street from the beach with lovely and friendly staff. The property itself is quiet and intimate and very clean, the owners are always available and extremely responsive. Our breakfasts were included and very good, we had dinner one night at Nayal and enjoyed the fish tacos. When we plan another trip to Las Peñitas, we will stay at the Nayal again.

The property is beautiful, you can tell the owner’s take pride and poured their heart and soul in this place . The attention to detail from the rooms to the exteriors is just incredible. The owners are this wonderful couple who made us feel at home . They were so kind to us. The food is amazing . Everything was great.

I enjoyed my stay at Nayal Lodge. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see a beautiful sunset from the beachfront. I appreciate the cozy nature of the Lodge with only 4 rooms for a quiet and peaceful experience. Catalina and Jose were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and because they live on the property, it gives a very personal touch. The food is very tasty! The property itself is close to other restaurants and a short 20 minute drive to Leon for a different experience. I would recommend staying here.

A gem!

I am so happy that I picked this hotel out of all here in Las Penitas! Location is superb - a walk to the beach and many restaurants and you can eat in the house, as well! The hotel is clean, comfortable and up to date. Run buy the super hostess Catalina who is always there for you - be it arranging a ride, advise on local life, get your clothes washed and more. Plus overdall flexibility. If your spanish is non existent - not to worry, Catalina speaks english. Highly recommended.

Or travel here was far from a vacation. We had many stressful activities and obligations that no one should have to deal with. From the moment we checked it we were instantly removed from our world. The atmosphere, building amenities, the owners and the staff were the best we have stayed with in Central America. A massage, a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks were all the best. The animals on side were very very friendly and the pool very clean and relaxing. Needless to say we will be staying here again.

Excellent place

Nayal Lodge was great. The food was excellent--great portions, flavorful, and fresh ingredients. My room was very well designed. AC and wifi worked great. The pool area was very relaxing and well maintained. The Lodge is walking distance to the beach. The service was exceptional--everyone was friendly and helpful.

I couldn't have been happier here. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a bar and restaurant that actually stay open until the stated closing hours. The food is great, the drinks are great, the pool is perfect. And there are some vintage wines if you ask nicely. Wish I could have stayed for a couple of weeks. Thanks!

Une nuit dépaysante

Super endroit: la décoration des chambres et des espaces communs est magnifique. La piscine et ses alentours nous ont permis de nous couper du monde extérieur. Le petit déjeuner continental était excellent. Nous avons déjeuné et diné: c était tres bon . La plage se situe en face: juste à traverser la route et un terrain. De notre terrasse nous apercevions l océan.

Die Nayal Lodge ist die perfekte Unterkunft in der Gegend um Leon. Das ganze Areal sieht malerisch aus und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail designt. Viele Palmen spenden ausreichend Schatten, die Möbel und Einrichtung passt zum gesamten Stil der Lodge. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt – alles ist super sauber hier. Das Essen hat eine überragende Qualität. Man kann zwischen 4 verschiedenen Arten von Frühstück wählen und für die warmen Mahlzeiten kann man von der Karte wählen. Wirklich ALLES von der Karte ist unglaublich. Die Pasta – Must try 😉! Die selbtgemachte Limonade ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Restaurant ist an Qualität nicht zu überbieten. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch hier wurde an der Qualität nicht gespart. Die AC funktioniert super leise, die Dusche hat warmes Wasser und einen harten Wasserstrahl (Was für Nicaragua nicht Standard ist 😉 ) und die Zimmer sind einfach durchdacht. Jeden zweiten Tag gibt es Roomservice, sodass es immer sauber ist. Catalina und José sind die überragende Gastgeber. Sie sind nicht nur super freundlich, sondern helfen bei jeglicher Frage weiter und haben wirklich ein Herz für ihre Gäste. Die Nayal Lodge ist eine traumhafte Oase zum Ausruhen und Auftanken! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

A perfect and charming getaway!

We just arrived home from a several day stay at the Nayal Lodge are ready to go back! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and more than accommodating with our young toddler. The food is superb and the pool is very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful and lush with greenery with several fruit trees throughout, and the location can't be beat! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this charming little boutique hotel for the perfect getaway in Nicaragua!

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, liebevoll errichtet mit Potential zur Erweiterung. Sehr gute Küche mit regionalen Lebensmitteln und eigen hergestelltes Brot. Der Pool ist neu und absolut zum geniessen - zwei Liegestühle sind Ev. Etwas zu wenig. Einziger Minuspunkt zur Übernachtung: der künstliche Saft aus der Plastikflasche. Wenn Wert auf gute Produkte gelegt wird, wäre frisch gepresster Saft angebracht.
