The living room is open for use by all guests and has comfy couches and chairs, shelves of books to read, and coffee, tea and water is available at all times. I said I needed a little more time as I was sick at washroom. They rang the phone, knock at the door every 3-4 minutes (llouder and louder) until I left at 11h40\. The front desk guy, Non-stop! When I left, the room maid was simply doing another room. I never saw this in other hotel, front desk man becoming litterally crazy at 11 sharp for checkout time!"
