The property was rude. They were not able to accommodate anything. I asked for. When this app told me to call the property to cancel that day to move it, I did they didn’t honor it.

Staff was great. For a newer hotel i was disappointed that 1 of 2 elevators were out of order and also the ice machine on our floor. Shelf in refrigerator was broke and did not include a freezer sectfor ice packs. Breakfast was typical and good.

My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life happens sometime out of control. They really made me and my family. night.

The rooms were sweet..there were 2 TV’s one in a sitting room in front of a couch and another TV right in front of the bed. The bathroom was nice and updated with a walk in shower. Only negative was some really noisy guests upstairs stomping around but overall great property.

Everything was good. Our only complaint would be the outside gas fire pit was not functioning to make the back patio a more enjoyable area for relaxing and socializing.

This is a nice hotel for the money. Probably shouldn’t put in a white shower (a very nice one, btw) if you’re not prepared to keep it mold free. Mattress was ok.
