Hier ist eine ausgewogene und positive Bewertung: Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und haben uns auch diesmal wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bot einen schönen Ausblick. Die zentrale Lage, der freundliche Service und das angenehme Ambiente machen das Hotel zu einer klaren Empfehlung. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft die Tiefgarage. Schade ist, dass die Parkgebühren nicht zusammen mit der Hotelrechnung abgerechnet werden können, sondern separat am Parkautomaten bezahlt werden müssen. Eine direkte Abrechnung über das Hotel wäre deutlich komfortabler. Davon abgesehen war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, und wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Leipzig gerne wieder.

Nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und es war wieder sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und Qualität.

Centralt placeret hotel med mulighed for parkering i P-kælder (der dog er eksternt firma, men det ligger i kælderen, under hotellet, så man kan køre med elevator direkte op i receptionen. Indcheckningen var ufattelig langsommelig og under standard. Værelset egentlig ok, men med hårde senge og dårlige hovedpuder - en kæmpe stor eller en flad og ligegyldig. Vi klagede over en konstant "vanddryppende" lyd fra klimaanlægget, men det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved, da deres folk ikke arbejdede i weekenden. De tilbød dog kompensation via manager, som vi afventer at høre fra. Morgenmaden havde fint udvalg, men smagen af alt fra røræg til bacon var mærkelig i forhold til det vi er vant til fra en buffet med continental breakfast. Tre stjerner... og skal ikke bo der igen.

Our stay at NH Leipzig Zentrum was unfortunately a mixed experience. We were disappointed from the beginning, as the hotel advertises a complimentary minibar on their own website, which was not the case during our stay. Additionally, we paid an extra fee to bring our small hypoallergenic dog, yet there were no food or water bowls provided, which we would have expected for the price. At the hotel bar, we ordered a glass of wine and a beer. When it was time to pay, we were charged double for the wine because the bartender had poured a larger serving without our consent. While generosity is appreciated, it should not result in an extra charge when we did not ask for it. Later that evening, we had to change rooms at 11:00 PM because we couldn’t turn off the lights. The new room, however, had significant light coming in from a nearby shopping center connected to the hotel, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast is highly rated, but in our opinion, it did not live up to expectations it was decent, but nothing special. That said, the hotel is very centrally located, and everything was clean and well-maintained, which is a plus. Overall, a mediocre experience that did not quite meet the expectations for a hotel of this standard.
