La nevera de la habitación no servía fuimos a reportarla y nunca aparecieron y cuando fuimos a recepción nos dijeron que ya estaba arreglada y era mentira habían muchas cosas cerradas como el restaurante en el parque acuático cobraron 72 por dos personas y lo único que funcionaba era la piscina de ola y la piscina que estaba en el interior el agua muy fría y sucia.
