Nice villa just renovated closed to the Double 6. Top location, 5 minutes away by walk from the Double 6 beach.
The villa has 4 large rooms, a big living room, 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen, a nice terrace with the view on the garden and the pool.
Very calm area of 800 square meters.
Only 8 minutes by bike from the famous Oberoi street, with its restaurants, beachclubs and nightclubs (La Favela, Rumors, Chandi, Ku De Ta)

Location fantastic
Great position, huge property, couple of small issues.
Mattress in main room needs replacing.
Owner questioned our use of electricity a couple of times.
Needs independent manager.
Staff absolutely amazing and accommodating.

Beware the pool!
Great location, excellent staff and plenty of room for a family. The property itself was great although showing its age. Our biggest issue is the pool which is downright dangerous to use. The first use of the pool saw three people with lacerations to thier feet and one severe cut to an elbow which required several stitches after a minor brush with the wall while doing laps. The tiles are cracked and chipped everywhere so razor sharp. We stopped using the pool after the first few days as was too dangerous, would not stay at this property again until this has been addressed.
