« Very clean, new and updated. The owner does not return any messages until days later. Also this studio is lacking severely in supplies that a VRBO should offer. Example, one set of three dishes, no paper towels except an almost empty used roll. Three bath towels. No extra toilet paper, and only one extra kitchen garbage bag. No bathroom garbage bag. Beautiful backyard area and nice private entrance. I had to go shopping for the basic supplies an ordinary hotel room offers that this place...

« Do not rent this property. I had to rearrange my whole vacation becuase the place was dirty. Ants covered the walls, floors, counters and coffee machine inside and out. There were crumbs and dirt on the floors and counters. I woke up to a cockroach on the floor in the kitchen. The dust has been built up for what looked like years. The owner will respond to complaints with “here in Florida” as if it’s acceptable to be dirty in Florida and to have low expectations. The bed was terrible. I weigh...

However, villa 4 is so close to the beach and walkable to the restaurants on crescent beach. « Split A/C unit was so dirty that the entire tiny home unit smelled like mildew. We stayed 4 nights and were given towels enough for 2 nights. Coffee only supplied for 1 day of our stay. Ladders to sleeping were hard for us so we slept on futon which was not comfortable. »
