"Brittany was the most attentive host for our stay! We are former locals who came in to visit with an ailing family member so we were stressed and exhausted from flying and driving in from all over the country. We stayed here with 4 kids and the hot tub was a perfect break from the beach. The house is wonderfully set up to host many families at once and we didnt feel like we were on top of eachother. The location is fantastic and made lugging kids and stuff back and forth to the beach a breeze. There is a crosswalk and lifeguard station right there. Its tucked between two large houses and we lucked out with great neighbors on both sides for the length of our stay. Being set back might seem not the best but I promise you it is. We had no excessive road noise, the house stayed cool, and the rooftop balcony gave a great view at sunset. I can't mention how good Brittany was enough- I know that a lot of the stay depends on your host and she is top tier and we will book again. Also eat at Smoqe House!"

"Had a lovely stay. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed - even a beach bag in the room! Being able to check in early was a big plus too! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect with the beach right across the street. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We will definitely be back!"

"We arrived to the property around 1 PM. Checked in with René who was friendly, patient and happy to greet our family. Although our room was not ready because we were early, she assisted us with parking and permits, and we enjoyed the beach until we received our text that our unit was ready for check-in, when I returned to the front desk again, Rene was pleasant and ready to provide service. We cannot leave out Buzz the parking attendant, who was also smiling faces every time we saw him happy to help you park and point you in the direction of anything you may need on site. The unit was absolutely gorgeous beautiful renovations, clean, plenty of light with large beautiful windows. The tub and shower were phenomenal. I would say the only downfall is our building did not offer elevators so make sure if you’re visiting you pack light or small suitcases because carrying a large suitcase and cooler up two flights of stairs was not enjoyable. The beach was just a short walk across the street which makes it convenient because you can stay parked at the resort and do not have to worry about busy AMI beach parking. Our family loved this property and cannot wait to book again."

"The location was great. But it was down hill from there. There was sand in the bed to start. We went to change the sheets and there wasn't a spare set so we had to wash them right then. We had a spill and couldn't find anything to clean up with. We called ahead of time and asked about Beach chairs and umbrellas because we were flying in. We were told there was none provided. When we got there we were about to rent a bunch of things for a few hundred dollars. Luckily it turns out the person we spoke to was completely wrong. The kitchen was lacking almost all basic items. Every rental we've ever had always had basic amenities to get you ready for the first couple days, but the apartment was lacking with no coffee filters and we had to to buy large size things for short stays (salt, pepper etc) which seems awfully wasteful. The kitchen lacked almost all basic accessories including measuring cups , grill utensils and any kind of pitchers or mixing bowls. There were 3 blenders .. all were broken. Beach vacation apartment with no blenders or pitchers or anything. But one thing the house had plenty of was cockroaches. HUGE HUGE cockroaches in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. We understand Florida has big bugs but the amount inside the house was unacceptable. We had no place else to stay and not enough time to change plans. Staying on the house was gross .. felt like bugs crawling on you as soon as you put the lights out .."
