House in the country

We offer you for a relaxing holiday our house planted in the middle of a closed park and close to woods for walks in the great outdoors.
Located 2km from Lédergues and 10 km from Réquista (for the nearest shops). It is a two-story house where the interior is mainly of wood. The bedrooms (fully repainted in spring 2016) and the dining room are made of real floorboards. House conducive to rest.

Here is what we put at your disposal:
on the ground floor: WC, dining / living room (equipped with a TV), kitchen (equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster) and a room with a picture window on the terrace.
upstairs: bathroom (shower, bidet, sink), 3 furnished bedrooms including 140 beds for 2 of them, then a bedroom with a 120 bed (note that an extra bed for a child is also available)
for the outdoors, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
We do not accept animals.
If you do not wish to do the cleaning before returning the keys, an additional € 50 will be required.
Linen is not provided.
During your stay, you can rest but also discover our very active region in summer:
hiking,
fishing in the numerous streams or in fish farming (5 km)
visits to castles (often accompanied by treasure hunts for young and old who make the visits even more fun and full of anecdotes)
the essential Roquefort Caves,
Cap Découverte (for swimming and sliding sports for all)
