Available is Simplify 1 located on the top floor. This space offers a large yet cozy and clean environment. Whether you want to hang out with friends and family or explore the town, this is the perfect space for that. Most everything is walking distance from Simplify with many cafes, eateries and stores in the surrounding area. A home away from home atmosphere with a 7-window view inside the top floor apartment/loft. These windows surround the living room, dining room area making it a hot spot during Lebanon's many festivals right below you. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a large kitchen with a bar area and a large dining table for eating together. There is also a 6-person sectional for tv watching or for a comfy conversation pit. The space created has inspiring colors, written words with a safe, peaceful feel to it. I look forward to sharing it with you. On the morning of your arrival date, I will send you your door code via text message. The door code is a for the keypad located on the entrance to your guest home. Being a great host to me means allowing you to have your privacy and also being available with questions and/or concerns you might have before, during, or after your stay. I live only a short distance away and am available 24/7 text or call. There are too many things to list that make Lebanon a great place to play and stay. Golden Lamb, Ice Cream Parlor, Docs, Whits, Lebanon Candy store, Black horse tavern, and Villaggio's an Italian eatery right next door.... just to name a few. Some new neighbors to the area include Woodshed BBQ, Mae Ploy Thai, Bagels on Broadway and Cali's Cookies. There are just as many great shopping options within walking distance also. Parking is available on Mulberry and Mechanic Street which is located right next to your Guest Home building. HOWEVER, on the second night (around midnight) we found a single bug in our bed. My wife freaked out. When we looked up bugs online, we realized that it was a bed bug! We took a picture of it and immediately made arrangements to stay elsewhere that night. The next morning, the owner offered to let us stay in another unit in the same building (at the same rate) that, according to VRBO and other similar sites, was smaller and less expensive. Given our options and after convincing my family, we decided to take that offer. Thankfully, we did not see any bed bugs in the second unit. I did ask the owner to credit us for that one night and she refused to do so. She implied that we brought the bed bug in. Easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Pamala is a gracious host and very accommodating. This is a charming older building and Pamala has decorated it to feel very welcoming and cozy. Being an older building you can expect to hear some sounds foot traffic, pipes, etc. if you have the middle floor apartment. There were 6 in our party (4 adults, a 7 yr. old and a 16 month old) and even taking our shoes off and being careful Pamala mentioned the couple below heard our feet. They were only there the day we checked in so maybe some of that had to do with us bringing our luggage and grocery items, etc. up into the apartment. Pamala offered, and the next day we packed up and moved to the middle apartment which probably was a good idea since we had 6 in our party and the next ppl checking in just had 2 (I think I have that right). And since I had recent knee surgery I did not mind having only one flight of steps to the apartment. We have returned for several years and always enjoy our stay. ##### Sally C. This is a beautiful open floor plan in downtown atea close to shops, food, and brewery. Pamala is so easy to work with and if there are any concerns she is very responsive. ##### Dana B.
