Nice hotel in need of upgrades.
Nice hotel in need of renovation and overall upgrade. Laundry runs on quarters. Elevate barely moves. Treadmills are antique. Friendly helpful stuff and big comms make up for it.

Good option for Dartmouth Hospital and longer stay
I had never stayed in Residence Inn, and chose it because it is very near to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital where a family member was having major surgery. I also chose it when I learned that Residence Inns are set up for longer stays with a kitchen in case I needed to stay there more than a couple days. I was impressed that the room is basically an efficiency apartment that would be larger and superior to many small apartments. Even comes with pots and pans and a dishwasher for the kitchen. The building a room is in excellent condition, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast for the room was average for a motel, but nice to have real plates and silverware and not just disposable garbage. the staff was very friendly, and very helpful with breakfast. Walking distance to a decent restaurant and the Lebanon Food Co-Op is a bonus. Relatively quiet location, though the grey tree frogs where really singing loudly around the adjacent pond.

Extended hospital stay
Front desk staff-great. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast 7out of 10. Our last night, our room was near the guest laundry room with the headboard up against that wall, I feel that the laundry room should have posted hours from like 8:00 am- 8:00 pm. I consider that to be considerate for the people occupying the rooms near the laundry room.

I reserved and paid for a single with a king. When I get there the person at the front desk says 'you were moved' to an accessible room with a queen. Not 'we moved you', but 'you were moved'. By whom? Why? So I'm just supposed to be ok with getting less than I paid for, with no explanation. Then, the quality of everything was just poor. The sheets were so cheap they felt like they were maid out of paper. The pillows were terrible, the towels were hard and scratchy, and the TV was hard to use and really annoying. Blech. By the way, I stayed in another Residence Inn the next night in Burlington (Colchester, or something), only because nothing else was available, and it was great. So it isn't the company, it was just this particular location that's just doing a terrible job.

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The interior design of dark brown wall coverings make the hallways kind of gloomy. But room was very well appointed and would definitely stay here again. Can’t comment on the complimentary breakfast as we didn’t eat here.

Property was attractive staff was very polite and friendly. Room was ample and well organized, shower drain, was filled with long black hair. dishwasher had soapy dried on fingerprints on front door.
