I reserved and paid for a single with a king. When I get there the person at the front desk says 'you were moved' to an accessible room with a queen. Not 'we moved you', but 'you were moved'. By whom? Why? So I'm just supposed to be ok with getting less than I paid for, with no explanation. Then, the quality of everything was just poor. The sheets were so cheap they felt like they were maid out of paper. The pillows were terrible, the towels were hard and scratchy, and the TV was hard to use and really annoying. Blech. By the way, I stayed in another Residence Inn the next night in Burlington (Colchester, or something), only because nothing else was available, and it was great. So it isn't the company, it was just this particular location that's just doing a terrible job.
