This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean.
We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...

« This place is an extended stay place that was not advertised that way. There was dried blood on the wall but the thermostat in our room. There was a shady person hanging around the front and inside the lobby. If I would have known all this there is no way I would ever stay here. We felt very unsafe at this hotel. I asked to cancel my room for the second day and was told no even though I bought insurance. I’m fighting that and will be asking for my money back. The entire hotel if you want to call...
