"No staff to be found to get any help the pool outside is not usable has no water!! The hot tub has cold water in it!! The beds in the rooms are as hard as bricks. People standing at the doors smoking weed and letting the smoke enter the building. This is not a place we will return to."

"Our stay at this hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that impacted our experience. On the first night, there was a loud argument taking place outside our window, making it difficult to relax. We were also unable to park in front of our room because a broken-down vehicle with no license plates and flat tires appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time, creating an eyesore. The room itself needed some attention. The bathroom door had to be pulled hard to close properly, and the bathtub was dirty and stained. The TV was very small, and the main wall light fixture was barely hanging on and covered nearly half of the light switch. We had requested a rollaway bed before arrival. It was not in the room when we checked in, but the staff quickly provided one and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub area. The indoor pool was advertised as being 80 degrees, but it felt much closer to 50–60 degrees and was too cold to comfortably enjoy. The hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool, with little to no jet action, and felt closer to 75 degrees rather than the expected 100+ degrees. While the staff was friendly and responsive, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to guest comfort."

"We were initially impressed with the size of the room including a couch. Went to put our drinks in fridge but had to wipe it out first. The television had issues with volume. Staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still did not work. Next day another staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still not work. The television was eventually replaced. I also cut my finger on toilet handle. It was also replaced. There was little hot water so my and my son's showers were quick and luke warm. The staff was friendly and did fix issues except hot water. There was a little of a language barrier as well."
