Roof leaked in restroom and bedroom developed leak as well. They were heavy rains, we reported to owner who stated he was unaware and would address. Futon will need replacement very soon, stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen fully stocked for anything you need during your stay. John thought of everything we might need for our stay- including toiletries, campfire supplies, DVDs and games, etc. the location was great! It was an easy 2- minute walk into a secluded part of the river (not direct, private access, but very easy and visible from the front porch), and, though the water was low, there were shallow places for the little kids to play in and deeper parts for the bigger kids right as you get into the water. My kids loved the river that was close to us, not much water in it but enough to enjoy the afternoon. The beds were so comfy! The cabin was equipped w everything we needed, just make sure to grocery shop before arriving because the trip to the nearest store was a ways away. The stars were incredible.
