  • Come work and play in Railyard Leadville! This is a 2-story home plus basement that is walking distance to downtown Leadville. Each the three floors has its own bedroom and full bath providing plenty of privacy if sharing the home with others. Both the main floor and top floor have balconies with beatiful views of the mountains. The home is very clean and has premium kitchen appliances. The basement offers an added family or rec room for kids to play in during the cold months. Work from Leadville as the home is equipped with high speed wifi and two desks with extra monitors and hdmi cables. The home has a washer and dryer. Leadville has much to offer with its central location- Independence Pass, lakes, hiking, biking, 15 minutes to Ski Cooper, and only 25 minutes to Copper Mountain. Note - This is a new development and construction may be active in the neighborhood (mainly limited to weekdays).
