With 180 m² of living space, the villa is fully air-conditioned and accessible to guests with reduced mobility, offering seamless indoor–outdoor living and high-end comfort throughout. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime, as well as two golf courses, are just a 15-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, the Roquebrune rocks offer great opportunities for walking and rock climbing. Near the village of Le Muy (5 minutes by car), you will find water skiing on a lake, canoeing and kayaking on the Argens River, supermarkets, a Provençal market, restaurants, and various shops. Depending on the season, Saint-Tropez, the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, Cannes, and other destinations are easily accessible by sea from Sainte-Maxime thanks to regular tourist boat services. The Verdon Gorges and Lake Sainte-Croix, also major tourist highlights of the region, are located approximately one hour away by car.
