"We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. It was very hot and humid during our stay (about 3C above average for January), so the plunge pool was very popular! Communication was easy via whatsapp, and we managed to understand each other despite the fact I don’t speak any French :)"

Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. "L'emplacement en pleine nature est un régal pour la tranquillité et la piscine permet de redescendre en température. Max et Louise sont des hôtes formidables et d'une extrême gentillesse. La villa est tout équipée et les améliorations apportées à celle-ci permettent de passer de très bonnes nuits en pleine campagne. "It's a very wonderful house, super good cleaned, full of all the amenities you need for a short o a long stay. It's so spacious and it has very confortable sofas and beds. Bed sheets and towels are double for each room and super cleaned. We find also bathrooms super cleaned with soap and toilet paper included. There is a big terrace with a table and sofas outside to enjoy the garden. There is a parking for 2/3 cars on the street. For sure we will rent again a house with this host. She and her...
