Its dimensions are doubled by a pretty terrace with an outdoor lounge, a dining area and comfortable deckchairs. Located in the town of Sainte-Anne, it is a 3-minute drive from Bois Jolan beach and the beach in the village of Sainte Anne. It is available for 8 people. An elegant parquet floor, in solid wood, leads into all rooms. The villa has 3 bedrooms all air conditioned including a master bedroom with a King Size bed and its private bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace. The adjacent 30m2 bungalow has a King Size bed and a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are closed by bay windows lined with sliding shutters. An ingenious roof opening system ensures generous ventilation of the villa. The villa's central point, the outdoor terrace with swimming pool, has a large table and a relaxation area sheltered by a tall frame adjoining that of the living room. We were able to make meals at home in the kitchen and eat outdoors every night. The villa is close to a nice town where we shopped and hit the beach. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et correctement équipée. La terrasse est un super avantage, elle est spacieuse et pour partie couverte ce qui est pratique lors des passages pluvieux. La cuisine est ouverte sur la terrasse ce qui est pratique et les 4 chambres sont bien équipées. Le jardin est bien arboré et très bien entretenu. Clément nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné des bons plans pour nos visites. Il c'est montré réactif, disponible et de bon conseil. Le rhum, les fruits et le petit déjeuner nous attendaient, après une journée de voyage, ce qui fut très apprécié! Le jardin est très beau, la maison offre de belles prestations, bien conçue. Les parquets en bois sont très agréables à vivre. Les chambres sont très agréables, même si elle n’offrent pas toutes le même confort, notamment en termes de lit (deux king size et un en 140 ) , la terrasse ombragée est très agréable à vivre. Beaucoup d'espace qui permet à chacun de s'isoler s'il le souhaite et des endroits de convivialité. Nous aimons cuisiner et pour 6 ou 8 personnes, il manque quelques ustensiles et plats pour cuisiner de façon optimale (signalé à notre charmante interlocutrice de la conciergerie, Margot, qui a été à nos petits soins pendant le séjour et très réactive, notamment lorsque la bouteille de gaz était vide) et un peu plus d'éclairage sur les plans de travail seraient les bienvenus. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, entretenue toutes les semaines (mais elle est au chlore et non à l'oxygène actif, puisque ce n'est plus autorisé). Quelques lames de terrasse près de la piscine sont endommagées par les pluies et demandent à être remplacées (nous avons omis de le dire à Margot) ainsi que de la lumière derrière le cabanon pour étendre le linge (à moins que nous ne l’ayons pas trouvé) Globalement nous somme enchantés de notre séjour, et n’étions guère pressés de repartir, d'autant que les tempêtes nous guettaient en métropole ... ##### Nathalie P. Everything opens up on to the beautiful deck where there is a table for eating that seats 8 and lots of relaxing space. We loved our dinners and evenings there. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and the spaces were more then comfortable for all of us. The pool is kept immaculately clean -- the cleaner came while we were there. It is perfect for a leisurely swim. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we also used the propane grill. We loved being close to the beaches and markets in St. Anne. We explored most of Grande Terre as well as a day exploration of Basse Terre. It was a perfect location. We liked that St. Anne has the feeling of the local culture, where locals and tourists mixed easily. The caretaker, Clement, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He met us on arrival, answered several questions during our week, and helped arrange a car to drive us to the airport. This was above and beyond expectations for a VRBO rental. Nov 4, 2018 #### Maison de toute beauté Nous avons passé presque 3 semaines en octobre 2018 dans cette maison de toute beauté à 7 avec 3 enfants. De la place pour tout le monde, possibilité de s'isoler aussi, pas de bruit, en pleine nature. Piscine à l'oxygène de FOU merci !!! pas de chlore tout est fait pour s'intégrer dans le paysage.Tout est pensé pour vivre dehors, même en pleine pluie évidemment. Tout y est. A 10 minutes en voiture de Sainte Anne, très accessible. Vrai havre de paix après les longues journées de ballade. Le service offert par Clément et Margot de la Conciergerie est parfait, très attentif et très rapide, aux petits soins. Clément peut vous aider à concocter votre séjour et il s'adapte parfaitement à ses clients. Merci donc à vous deux, surtout ne changez rien ! Jul 30, 2018 #### Luxuriante et magique La maison est très agréable avec un concept dedans-dehors qui maximise l'habitabilité. La maison reste agréable quand il pleut grâce au salon extérieur couvert attenant. Très confortable et très bien équipée Ambiance Bali et Zen, terrasse gigantesque végétation luxuriante, très beau jardin tropical et valloné. Saint Anne est toute proche pour les courses Conciergerie véritablement efficace et aux petits soins. Voiture indispensable. Idéal pour les grandes familles ##### patrice h. Sachez qu'a votre arrivé, Carole est la pour vous accueillir avec des petites attentions comme le punch de quoi prendre une petit déjeuner le lendemain matin... elle est également disponible tout le long du séjour en cas de petits problèmes, et qui prend des nouvelles pendant le séjour un grand merci Carole pour tout. Concernant la villa idéal pour nous, nous étions 3 couples dont un couple avec deux enfants des espaces pour tout le monde de l'intimité pour chaque couple, même le couple avec enfants puisque une salle de bain sépare les deux chambres. Une maisons en bois qui est très agréable à vivre grand terrasse, ou nous vivons finalement, l'intérieur est très soigné également mais nous sommes en Guadeloupe et donc nous sommes tout le temps en extérieur. Très belle piscine, un jardin bien entretenu, tout le confort y est pensé, il y a également beaucoup de place pour le stationnement. Effectivement il y a des coqs dans le voisinage, mais vous êtes en Guadeloupe il y en a partout, c'est un peu le réveille matin antillais! Enfin concernant la propreté de la villa, c'est irréprochable, SDB, pièce de vie chambres draps rien à dire ci ce n'est que c 'est très bien. la villa Bwa D'eden à contribué à la réussite de notre voyage en famille. Mar 15, 2018 #### Un petit coin de paradis Lieu magnifique, entre plancher et pergola le bwa nous offre un espace de détente et de vie exceptionnel. Un vaste espace extérieur nous invite à vivre dehors , entre rayons de soleil et ombrage bienveillant, une belle table de séjour, un salon accueillant, 2 hamacs pour les amateurs....et un merveilleux jardin, soigné, où, entre plantes fleurs et palmier, les oiseaux (entre autres ces fugaces colibris) nous enchantent ! (un peu moins les coqs...) La piscine, au pied de ses 2 superbes cocotiers nous a offert une température idéale, peut être que quelques transats de plus, avec coussins, auraient été les bienvenus... A l'intérieur, largement ouvert sur les espaces extérieurs, une cuisine fonctionnelle, bien équipée, un salon confortable (équipé TV pour les amateurs) et de grandes chambres : 2 avec leur salle de bain individuelle et 2 qui se partagent 1 salle de bain. 3 chambres donnent directement sur la terrasse et 1 est même dans un bungalow indépendant, idéal pour nous avec nos jeunes adultes mais aussi pour plusieurs familles ou couples... Bonne literie mais petit bémol sur la robinetterie dans 2 salles de bain, et sur le linge de maison.( juste pour améliorer le confort...) Toutes les ouvertures sont équipées de jalousies pivotantes et permettent une excellente ventilation ,et si besoin climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Nous vous conseillons donc vivement ce lieu enchanteur, où nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, retirés du monde (et donc voiture indispensable), dans un écrin de verdure, le temps s'est arrêté ! ##### annemarie c. Feb 28, 2018 #### Très bon séjour La villa dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour accueillir 8 personnes. Les chambres sont bien équipées et la literie confortable. Il y a de la place pour que chacun puisse se détendre ou s'isoler. L'accueil est parfait. Merci à Sylvia, Carolle et sa soeur pour leur gentillesse et les petites attentions à notre arrivée (rhum, corbeille de fruits et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner le lendemain si on arrive tard). Un séjour merveilleux dans cette Villa de rêve où règne la plénitude. Grand espace de vie à l’extérieur, très belle décoration, ambiance général très zen, nous avons adoré lézarder au bord de la piscine dans les hamacs. Très bonne literie, les nuits ont été sereines. Et que dire de la Guadeloupe, ses eaux turquoises, sa gastronomie, l’accueil des Guadeloupéens, les innombrables lieux à visiter, nous sommes totalement sous le charme!
