The residence has an elevator that stops on the 5th floor. Facing south, it offers views of the Pic de Bure and the mountain. It includes 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and the last with a bunk bed (sleeps 2). There is a bathroom (with a bathtub), a shower room, and a toilet. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a television, and internet access (Orange box).
