Come and discover this charming studio for two people in Le Croisic, located in a residence offering an unobstructed view of the sea from the balcony. Enjoy sunny days relaxing by the pool (unheated), open from mid-June to mid-September. A direct access to the beach, just a few steps away, will allow you to fully enjoy the sea. Vary activities and pleasures between salt water swimming and moments of relaxation by the freshwater, while indulging in sunbathing or beautiful walks to discover Le Croisic.   
  
Upon your arrival in the apartment, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Tassimo coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The door just next to it leads to the bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer. By crossing the small corridor, you will access the living area with the double bed (140/190), then a small lounge area with television and two armchairs. You can access the balcony through the bay window, where a table awaits you for your lunches, with an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the sea in the distance.
