Additional verifications required, such as ID that matches the Credit/Debit card. The Space: Is stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee, towels, linens soap, and shampoo. Does not have cable but has a smart TV so bring your hulu, netflix, amazon login. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire apartment. Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur.
