"Nous sommes restés que 2 jours, hôtel agréable, chambre à peu près propre malgré quelques cheveux. La douche est particulière, il faut avoir la technique pour ne pas tout tremper la salle de bain, grande terrasse, climatisation. Le personnel est globalement correcte hormis la dame du petit déjeuner qui est très autoritaire, d’ailleurs le petit déjeuner est moyen, pas très varié."

"Hôtel proche des commerces et de la navette gratuite pour accéder au centre ville. Parking très pratique. Accueil très agréable. Petite piscine intérieure, petite mais agréable pour se rafraichir, salle de sport, et terrasse extérieure avec transats. Des serviettes sont disponibles sur les transats. Douche et wc à proximité mais sans savon. Nous avions une suite donc beaucoup de place ! Par contre une chaise avec des taches et moquettes pas très nette, par d'articles de toilettes type coton tiges, charlotte...ce qui n'est pas très sérieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Il manque des peignoirs et des chaussons. Petit frigo dans la chambre, terrasse avec un coin salon (table basse et fauteuils) et un autre coin repas (table et chaises ). Belle déco."

"Excellent séjour ! Nous étions trois et avions réservé la Corner Suite avec jacuzzi. Il y a véritablement deux pièces séparées, ce qui permet d’être très à l’aise à trois. Les toilettes sont également séparées par une porte, offrant une vraie intimité. Seul petit bémol : la partie de la salle de bain avec la douche est ouverte sur le salon. Il n’y a donc pas vraiment d’intimité lorsqu’on prend sa douche vis-à-vis de la personne qui dort dans le canapé-lit. À part cela, la chambre est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos, et le jacuzzi est un véritable plus. L’hôtel est très bien situé, et le beach club avec les gazebos réservés aux clients de l’hôtel est également très appréciable. Nous avons passé trois nuits sur place et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"

"Accueil rapide, chambre spacieuse. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau réapprovisionnée Nous avons eu tout de même une bouteille de prosecco et une bouteille d’eau plate et gazeuse à notre arrivée. Manque quelques accessoires dans la salle de bain comme des mouchoirs, Les serviettes et gel douche n’était pas changées quand c’était vide quand c’était mis au sol. Nous avons apprécié l’accès à la plage privée avec les transats et parasols gratuit. Le personnel de la plage était très serviable et très gentil ainsi que le personnage du Restaurant le soir. Sinon l’hôtel était très bien, très joli bien placé, une très belle vue sur la plage de Reina Bianca."
