Beautiful hotel and amazing accommodations, love their attention to details and service they provide. In addition, highly recommend dunning at this hotel, high food quality and food presentation.

An absolute hidden gem!
I cannot express just how happy my girlfriend and I were with our stay here. The resort feels like something straight out of Dubai, with modern and SUPER CLEAN finishes. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable, and there are many eating options to choose from. But the true gem of the resort are the staff. Each and every one of them were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay feel like one of the best we've ever had! I cannot recommend this property enough..

A nice stay in a modern and technological facility
Very beautiful holel with new and modern facilities. Plus: parking, restaurants (on saturday was not possible to eat a "pizza" since it was reserved for external clients), spa facilities (with an extra charge), a beautiful dancing fountain. Minus: the room (single one) was small and a little bit cold (that day there were 0, 1 grades however I was not satisfied from this aspect. Breakfast is too poor for 5 star hotel since you have to choose between a sweet or salty - mix of cheese , salami & prosciuto options(the breakfast is served and there is no buffet) Overall it was a nice stay and I reccomend this hotel at Lavello!

Hôtel de luxe, superbe piscine extérieure, excellent petit-déjeuner servi sur le roof top, belle salle de Fitness, parking avec charges pour voitures électriques ou hybrides Restaurant une étoile Michelin dans une superbe salle mais avec un service très étonnant ( très rapide puis très lent, nous avons été délaissés en fin de repas car les serveurs discutaient jusqu’à 1/2 h avec les tables d’Italiens ce qui fait que nous n’avons même pas pris de dessert…) Léger problème avec les douches car les salles de bain se transforment rapidement en piscine ！ Très bon choix pour quelques jours de relaxation

Super!!!!
Struttura nuovissima e molto bella. Camere ampie e spaziose. Ristorante di alto livello. Servizio cortese e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornarci ogni volta che sarò in zona ed anche come tappa intermedia quando vado in Salento con la famiglia.
