"The parking to facility not easy to find and you have to carry some luggage for few blocks. The rooms on 3rd floor, no lift. The manager Inga is excellent."

"Directions for check-in were not emailed until 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and it was difficult to get in touch with the host. Additionally, there was a beer bottle left in the room and an ant on our bed. However, the room itself was gorgeous, the best part of all was the location, and overall it was a great stay despite the challenging check-in process!"

"The hotel is really amazing, very nice staff, impressive facilities and a really nice breakfast. The only down point is the location 40min walking to zadar centre and with almost no shoppings or restaurants around. Uber cost 5 euros to the town centre, very affordable even for the ones who prefer not hiring a car. It was a quite good experience, would be returning for sure. Strongly recommend the stay in Liburnum Hotel."

"Beautiful, clean modern apartment in the heart of the old town in Zadar, a 2min walk from Narodni Trg. We loved the two double rooms and the fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ante,our host was extremely helpful and communicative. I only wish we had a longer stay! Would highly recommend."

"The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby."

"The apartment is newly re-furbished to a really high standard and very modern. The host I dealt with (Inga) was extremely helpful both regarding the apartment and the local area (bars and restaurants). If we were to re-visit Zadar we would certainly book again."

"Rooms were clean and comfy but very small. For longer stays only for young couples with no interests than in themselves or swimming. Big plus for the fridge in the rooms and the breakfast (to pay extra)."

Arrival text whilst at the airport, even down to watching my flight arrival times. Met at the property promptly and gave great informative advice. "We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk. "
