« The room reeked of smoke and other smells and was quite disgusting. I had to ask the receptionist to give me a nonsmoking room. They gave me another room but it too smelled of smoke. This is the third time that a hotel I had reserved via Expedia turned out be disgusting. The owners such hotels seem to be using them as cash cows. They don’t invest in maintenance or repairs. I’ll never reserve a hotel through Expedia again. In fact I’m going to delete my Expedia app. »
