Pacific View is nestled in the majestic West Maui Mountains, a vast area of lush valleys and cliffs. This lovely 5-acre estate is uniquely situated to capture all of that beautiful West Maui offers.  
  
Pacific View is a gated villa offering a generous 4000+ square feet of living space, private pool, hot tub, panoramic ocean views, and pickleball, basketball and Putt Putt Golf. Proceed through the main entrance, and immediately, the serenity of this estate will take your breath away with mesmerizing ocean views. The layout offers a generous, open living area with plush seating for all types of occasions. The fully equipped kitchen, with a large island and double ovens, comes complete with everything you'll need to create your island cuisine.  
  
This private Maui estate consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, with 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand after a relaxing day at the beach. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the separate Ohana (cottage).  
  
The spacious master suite, located in the main house, is in the South wing. There you'll find a plush king-size bed, a Jacuzzi tub in the massive en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, a dual sink vanity, and a separate water closet. The spacious master closet even has a built-in vanity desk and mirror.  
  
The other three-bedroom suites are situated in the North wing. Each is designed to accommodate luxurious comfort. The second and third suites also offer plush king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has 3 beds: 1 set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a full-sized mattress on the bottom, plus a queen bed.  
  
The 2-bedroom, 1 bath Ohana comes complete with another comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, and dryer, and a shared hallway bathroom. The North bedroom has a Queen bed with Mountain views, and the South bedroom has a Queen bed with partial Ocean and Mountain Views.  
  
The outdoor area is wonderfully equipped for creating some of your precious Maui memories! Thus, no feature has been overlooked. Here you'll find a built-in BBQ with prep space, microwave oven, beverage refrigerator, sink with a garbage disposal, and pleasing outdoor dining and lounge furniture. The generously sized infinity-edge pool and spa are just steps from the covered outdoor dining area. If you prefer not to dine alfresco, there's also a large indoor table with ample space for your entire group to enjoy meals.  
  
If some of you need to work a bit, there's a private office with a spacious built-in desk, complete with 3 chairs. There are also two sets of large front-loading washers/dryers in the laundry room, along with another set in the Ohana. Everything you'd ever want or need is here at the Pacific View, and we proudly invite you to enjoy this estate in one of the top destination locations in the world!  
  
Most of the year, West Maui consists of warm sunny days; however, occasionally guests may prefer to have the pool heated. This can be arranged at the time of booking for a nominal fee.  
  
\*As of Jan. 2021, Bill SB 2571 went into effect, and Hawai'i is now the first State to ban non-reef-safe sunscreen to protect our reefs and marine life. Please help us with this important legislation and purchase either 'reef safe' sunscreen before you travel, or wait until you're on Maui, where you'll find a great selection readily available.  
\*It's also illegal to approach, touch, or harass sea turtles and monk seals in Hawai'i, both in and out of the ocean. They are protected by the 'Endangered Species Act.' Non-compliance may result in a steep fine and/or imprisonment.  
Your cooperative respect for Hawai'i's marine life is important and appreciated. Together, we can make a difference!  
  
HOUSE RULES:  
  
1\. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from this home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.  
2\. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;  
3\. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;  
4\. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.  
Note: the shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for free use by everyone.

The house was beautiful! The pool and view was my favorite part, I’m not a morning person but i loved waking up early just to see the ocean out our back door as the sun was coming out!!It was so nice having the guest house for our oldest son and daughter in law and 2 grandbabies. We had the perfect amount of space for all of us (11 in total). The house was clean and perfect, and it felt like we were staying with family and not just a vacation rental. Jody was perfect to work with, so very sweet! We would love to come here again

This property is absolutely stunning, exactly as stated and pictures do not even give it justice on how beautiful it is in person. Jodie and Eric were both wonderful from booking all the way through! You will not be disappointed. We went with my family of 5, My sister and her 2 adult kids and my parents and it we were filled with so many memories!!

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Maui! This house was the perfect spot for the 11 of us. Jodie and Eric are easy to work with and responsive to questions. The pool, the covered porch, the view, the sprawling property. It is just gorgeous. So much attention to detail in the house and for the comfort of the guests. This house made our trip spectacular! I would recommend it to any family!

Home was just as advertised: beautiful home, fantastic pool and grounds, and amazing view. Also, best equipped home we have stayed in with everything labeled. The caretaker, Eric, is awesome. We would stay here again.

Property was beautiful and as described. Eric and Jodi were great hosts. There was no need to leave the compound unless to golf or shop and visit the beach. Can't wait to stay again!

Me and 12 of my family members stayed here for a week and we couldn't ask for anything more!! This place is amazing!! 10 min from front st and basically everything you could need is right there. The owners thought of everything, we were all very happy and impressed.

#### No words can describe how beautiful this place was.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and family here and it was such a magical time. The property is breathtaking and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was like our own private resort. The concierge service and property management was top notch. Thank you Jodie, Eric, and Karen for ensuring our stay was nothing less than magnificent. Mahalo!

#### Died and gone to heaven?

This is an exceptional property. This home is beautiful and comfortable, including the 2 bedroom Ohana. It’s a very short drive to Lahaina town. The interior is gorgeous with high end furnishings. Everybody (all 12 of us) said the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked to feed all of us, including the many spices and accessories. Drawers and cupboards were labeled, which was a huge help. Our family gathered everyday on the lanai with its ample seating with drop down sunscreens when needed. The outdoor kitchenette/BBQ is fully equipped. The pool was exceptional and clean. You’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven with the view from the spa. Don’t forget to pay a little extra and have the pool heated during your stay. There is so much more to mention, even beach supplies, but you should just see for yourself. This surely was one of the finest vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We hope to come back soon.

#### Sunsets

It was hard to comprehend when some reviews said the photos don't do the property justice, considering how beautiful the pictures looked, but it's 100% the truth. Both sets of adults had been to Maui before and stayed on the beach and wanted something safer for the kids. This property completely exceeded our expectations. Best view of sunsets ever. You feel like you have the island to yourselves because you can't see neighbors from the lanai/pool hardly at all. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved how much space there was. The house was the highlight of the trip and that's saying alot when you're in paradise. As my friend said, there's only 2 seasons in life.....Maui and planning on returning to Maui. We will definitely be staying here again.

#### Absolutely incredible stay in Maui with extended family

The house is outstanding and the outdoor space, the pool and the views are spectacular! We will remember our time at Pacific View Estates forever which is awesome since this was a joint family trip to celebrate two college graduates. Jodie and Eric were outstanding through booking, planning, check-in, during our stay and departure! They made us all feel welcomed and secure knowing that we could call on them at any time. We have made many trips to Maui and all of them have been great, but this one was really something special becasue of this house in this location.

#### Fantastic Family Vacation

What a fantastic stay we had at the Pacific View Estate. When we walked through the front door, we all said, “this is even better than the pictures”. The view from the main living area out to the lanai, on to the pool and finally the ocean view over Lahaina were magnificent. The humungous kitchen was a delight to work in. There were more appliances and gadgets that we could have imagined. Somebody thought of everything! All our family (ten of us) commented how comfortable the beds were and how quiet. The pool became the focal point for the family with swimming, basketball, and relaxation. We discovered several new vocal stars in our family thanks to the Karaoke machine. What a blast! It was truly a most memorable family vacation thanks to Eric and Jodie running such a great property. Our kids and grandkids said we should just buy the property. I think we will settle for a future trip.

This home was perfect for our 3-generation family trip. The setting is peaceful and the view is outstanding. We were traveling with five kids aged 6 and under, and the big yard, great pool, and fruit trees kept them entertained. The living space was perfect -- the house was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Probably our best home rental ever, we loved our entire stay!

Regarding location; easy 10 minutes into town and can get to most spots on the island very easy. The house, where do I begin. Could you stay on the property for your entire stay? Yes. All the beds were high quality, extremely clean and well taken care of, all items you will need including over 20 beach towels (who has that many?), the view and light breezes all day long,... However what was extra wonderful was that you can have a large group here and still have a place to "get away" from everyone. We hope to come back.

#### Gorgeous Property!

This was an amazing vacation home; it has every amenity you could ever need. We spent a majority of our time outside on the patio and by the pool. The views are simply spectacular... we would see whales occasionally in the distance. We were a family of 7 so we had plenty of room and then some ... didn't even need to really use the darling guest house. The kitchen is gourmet with every appliance and tool you could possibly want. The kids had a ton of fun playing in the pool, in the yard, using the karaoke machine, while the adults were in heaven with a drink watching the stunning sunsets. Super close to Lahaina for a quick trip into town. Our property manager was great too... very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is a dream and better than advertised. The views are stunning, and the space gave our multi-generational family places to come together as well as places for private time.
