A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay. The home is new, filled with natural light, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent, close to Launceston CBD and many local attractions, which made getting around very convenient.The host was responsive and addressed our needs promptly, even though our stay was short.
