There is ample paid parking in the carpark at the front of the property. Please refer to parking signs for more information. No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay. Property was great with right at the water and stunning views. Very spacious , nice and clean. Only issue in one of the ensuite toilet the lock wasn’t working and they informed us that waiting for the part to fix. I guess some temporary latch or movable lock could have been placed. Everything else was great which you expect from the luxury apartment.
