Very clean, neat and tidy. Modern appliances, and a good range of kitchen utensils. Ample bedding and extra towels. The steepish hill was no problem. Only 2 steps up into the home. We had 2 young grandchildren with us, and found the small outside amenities harder with steps and retaining walls and rock paths. Luckily launceston has great playgrounds so wasnt really an issue.
