We had a one-bedroom seaview suite that was spacious and charming with a small balcony. View is stunning! Bedroom was large with nice linens and pillows. Closet had lots of hangers. Bathroom had shampoo and bath gel. Kitchen was ample and had enough supplies for holiday needs. Even a mini bar (for a fee). A/c was efficient and great. Daily housekeeping provided.

Very loud. Difficult to sleep
Great location. And we got it for super cheap since it is low season. But the club downstairs owned by the safe company had very loud music till 1 or 2 am. The entire room was vibrating due to it. The bed is on a platform which is very easy to fall off in he middle of the night when walking. The lightning is quite dim which felt a bit depressing, and makes it difficult to see at night.

Fab location, airy apartment and stunning sea view
This was our second stay at the Palazzo. It’s a stone’s throw from all that Agios Nikolaos has to offer. We also enjoyed several half hour strolls to the beautiful sandy Alymnos beach. Highly recommended!

Amazing. Cozy comfortable apartments. lovely and clean. View was fabulous, lovely little balcony to chill on first thing int he morning to watch the world go by. Service was fantastic, breakfast.... well.... what can I say brilliant

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and really friendly and helpful staff! We loved it that much we decided to stay another night, which there were no rooms left when we asked but when we went to check out we were informed that there was now a room free. Even though there are restaurants just outside, we hardly heard anything when going to sleep. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay and would certainly stay here again. The apartment is in a great location opposite the beach with a choice of a dozen restaurants/bars within yards of the apartment. The town centre, shops, harbour and marina are all within a few minutes walk. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The staff were friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. We would recommend the apartments highly.

Very pleasant hotel with great location
The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was expensive but delicious. The only downsides are the noise from the sea front which makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open so you have to rely on the air con.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikilaos, especially if you're looking for immediate beach access and lots of room to spread out. We love finding apartment-like rooms whenever we travel, and Palazzo Arhontiko comes as close as any. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

Most Dollars for your Comfort
The people were very friendly, the room was breath taking and the bed was sooo comfortable. My girlfriend and I ensured we left with the name of the mattress and pillows and ordered them online. Only down fall was the breakfast that came with it, it was nice if you like fruit, bread, jam and one hard boiled/half hard boiled egg. But over all, I will diffenetly stay there again and again. Location was right across from the beach and behind the main harbor. Noise was a little loud, but A/C and WIFI were awesome there. Weather was great. If you go to this area, this is a hotel for you!

Good Location and staff are friendly
The includion of two back studios with small side balconies with limited seaview is misleading in contrast to the studio in the front of the hotel with large windows and balconies facing the sea. We were first given a room in the front with a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy. Shortly after being in the room, we were told that we were given the wrong room and given the studio on the oppossite side with a very small side balcony that you could only stand to look out. There was no airconditioning vent in the bedroom which required to have the airconditioning unit put on high in the main room to have the bedroom cool. There was not an extractor fan in this units bathroom. The owner indicated that all rooms were full and could not give us a unit in the front facing the sea. The hotel is family run and they did try to make our stay comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable.

We had high expectations having seen the previous reviews. We must say the Palazzo met them. Just willing to find some minor critics we can mention the bed: comfortable but closed along three sides so that one has to climb over the other to exit

L'endroit est magnifique. Les services s'améliorent chaque année. C'est un endroit familial accueillant en plein centre d'Agios Nikolaos. Il y a donc de l'animation. J'adore les appartements, simples et confortables. Merci encore à Popi, à bientôt!

grosses, schönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick
das Zimmer war sehr schön. Der Balkon mit Meerblick einfach wunderbar. Wir hatten das Zimmer B1. Das Hotel liegt direkt am kleinen Stadtstrand mit kleinen Restaurants und Cafe/Bars umringt. Ins Zentrum sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss.Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Da wir immer etwas spät aufgestanden sind, haben wir das Frühstück in einem Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel eingenommen. Wir hatten die 10 Tage einen Quad gemietet und haben so die Umgebung erkundet....einfach super wars. Zum Baden wars für uns noch etwas zu kalt.

Un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet appart hôtel idéalement situé dans le cœur d'Agios Nikolaos, sur la plage Kitroplatia. Restaurants et boutiques à 2 pas. L'accueil est très chaleureux et les petits déjeuners extras avec des pâtisseries maison mais servi un peu tard (8h30). Nous avions un studio très confortable avec chambre séparée, donnant sur la plage. Grand parking gratuit a 300m. Bref, une excellente adresse.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Palazzo. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Mit kurzen Wegen in die City, direkt am Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und teilweise deutschsprechend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und großzügig mit Meerblick.Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön.

Hôtel à potentiel haut mais trop peu mis en valeur
L'hôtel est devant la plage, mais au-dessus de cafés très bruyants notamment en soirée. La chambre a du double vitrage, la cuisine aussi mais pas le séjour adjacent. Quand on y va à 3, le troisième est sur une banquette de 70 cm de large dans le séjour, bruyant. C'est très désagréable. Le personnel est très peu présent. A notre arrivé vers 17-18h, il n'y avait AUCUN personnel présent. Le café d'en bas a fini par appeler quelqu'un de l'hôtel. Au bout de 20 minutes, on a eu notre clé... Au fil de la semaine, nous avons échangé quelques "Hello" avec la femme de ménage et la gérante. L'hôtel est joli, bien décoré mais manque de chaleur et d'atmosphère. Pas de guide en libre-service, de plans, de suggestions. Nous aurions bien apprécié des guides de randonnées, peu documentées dans les supports habituels, comme le Routard ou le guide vert, alors que des topos un peu détaillés seraient appréciables, vus les aléas des chemins locaux. Donc avec un effort sur l'isolation et sur l'accueil humain, cet hôtel pourrait devenir très performant.

Excellent séjour au Palazzo. Emplacement exceptionnel sur la petite plage de Kitroplateia, au cœur de la station animée d'Agios Nicolaos. Accueil charmant. Petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux, servi dans la jolie salle à manger avec vue sur la mer. La formule "appartement hôtel" avec kitchenette est très pratique. Nous reviendrons!

Das Palazzo ist ein kleines, sehr schönes Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem, antikem Dekor in toller Lage direkt an einem kleinen Badestrand mitten in Agios Nikolaos. Immer wieder schön hier zu sein!

Das nette Personal macht hier das Hotel besonders
Das besondere an dem Hotel ist die Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück üppig und gut. Im Frühstücksraum gibt es eine Krabbelecke mit Spielzeug. Wir bekamen eine ganze Suite mit Fenster zum Strand und zur Strasse. Die anderen Hotels an der Bucht sahen ziemlich verlassen aus, einige sind auch schon zu. Vom Hotel zum fast leeren Strand waren es 50 Meter. Die Uferstraße ist häufig zugeparkt, aber kostenfrei, wenn man bereit ist ein bisschen zu laufen, findet man was. Unbedingt an der Rezeption nach guten Restaurants fragen: Wir waren mit der Empfehlung sehr zufrieden. Den Abend kann man dann in der Bar nebenan zubringen.
